Steel anti-wear plate with welded tungsten carbide plates
It comprises a material with SAE 1010 Steel base, coated with sintered tungsten carbide plates, 50mm x 40mm. These plates are adhered to the steel base by means of a furnace welding process specially designed for this procedure.
It is used in all those productive processes that are subject to high levels of abrasion, impact and wear. It is applied in mining industry in cases where it is necessary to move great material volumes in the event of loading, unloading and transport.
