We have the best technology available worldwide for the manufacturing of tungsten carbide, which is why we focus our production primarily on the manufacture of special parts that meet each client’s requirements, with quality control equipped with an atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
Density determination: allows the density of the part to be determined. Magnetic saturation determination: allows verification of whether the part has been properly sintered. Coercivity determination: provides information about the relationship between magnetic cobalt and the size of the tungsten carbide crystals in the part. Flaw detection: allows the detection of internal defects in the part. Enables 100% inspection of the requested batch.
This policy applies to the design, production, and commercialization of tungsten carbide parts, tools, rods, and other components containing synthesized tungsten carbide in their composition, ready-to-press mixtures, tungsten carbide, metallic tungsten, metallic cobalt, and tantalum-niobium carbide at our plant in Santa Rosa de Calamuchita.
