Tungsten Powders

We manufacture high-quality metallic tungsten powders through a reduction process of our tungsten salts. Conventional metallic tungsten powders provide a uniform grain size distribution, ensuring high batch-to-batch consistency that translates into reliable functional properties. The powders are available in fine, medium, and coarse grain sizes.

**Application:** The primary application is as a raw material for the production of tungsten carbide, heavy metal alloys, and the manufacturing of electrical contacts. Coarse tungsten powder is used in thermal spray applications and in processes that require non-thermal powder consolidation technologies. Tungsten powders are widely used in lead-free ammunition and moldable radiation shielding products. They are also used as high-density filler material for pouring into irregular cavities, such as weights and radiation attenuation.

Packaging Presentation: In a low-density polyethylene bag measuring 40 × 60 cm, sealed with a plastic tie, placed inside a 10-liter plastic container with its corresponding lid.

Application: Metal alloy powders are mainly used as a hard component in the steel overlay industry through welding. They are employed in the manufacture of diamond tools, hard metal filler rods, or for corrosive conditions in industrial applications. They are also used for the production of thermal spray powder mixtures (thermal spray).

We manufacture high-quality Metallic Cobalt powders through the reduction of cobalt oxalate salts produced in our plant, ensuring the highest quality through process controls. The Metallic Cobalt powders produced by this process provide a homogeneous fine grain size distribution, generating high batch-to-batch uniformity that translates into consistent functional properties.

We manufacture sintered tungsten carbide fragments of
of different particle sizes from 0.1 mm to 6.0 mm, produced through the crushing and selection of sintered carbide pieces in our plant, ensuring the highest quality through process controls.

The metallic carbide fragments produced and selected through this process provide a uniform size distribution, ensuring high batch-to-batch consistency that translates into reliable functional properties.
