Teeth for metal cutting
Tantal has specialized in the manufacturing of tungsten carbide teeth for saws used in cutting steel pipes and solid steel profiles.
The teeth produced by Tantal are obtained through the sintering of tungsten carbide, cobalt, titanium, tantalum, and niobium powders in specific proportions according to the application, allowing them to maintain hardness and toughness even when operating at high temperatures.
We can offer different compositions for cutting both carbon steel pipes or solid bars, as well as stainless steel, specifically developed to increase cutting performance.
Our strength lies in manufacturing custom parts according to the geometric design required by the client. We have a technical and commercial team that allows us to carry out the design and quotation process quickly and efficiently.
